Why supertech launched sample flat for eco village II
Sample flat is made for marketting of the builder... eco II was sold without much of marketting but now supertech has launched eco III which will require lot of marketting... so this sample flat of eco II is aimed more for marketting of eco III. since marketting was not needed in eco II, he didn't made sample flat in eco I
